Should we choose Zoom or Microsoft Teams Rooms?
Use the platform your organization already runs. Zoom Rooms fits Zoom-first teams; Teams Rooms fits Microsoft 365 organizations. We also design rooms that join Zoom, Teams and Webex meetings from the same equipment.
Can you upgrade our existing room instead of replacing everything?
Yes, we can sometimes reuse displays, cabling and mounts and just replace end-of-life equipment and systems with current video bars, cameras, and microphones, but often it is recommended or required to use a completely new design and equipment in order for your conference room to offer the latest innovations and technology improvements.
How long does a conference room installation take?
Most single rooms are installed in one to three days once equipment arrives. Total project time, including design and ordering, is typically [2–8 weeks].
Will you work with our IT department?
